Chocolate Avocado Mousse

Ingredients:

  • 2 very ripe avocados
  • ½ cup dark chocolate, melted (vegan for Dairy free)
  • ¼ cup cocoa powder
  • ¼ cup almond milk
  • 2 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • Pinch sea salt
  • Optional raspberries or other berries to serve

Method:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth and creamy (about 2 minutes, stopping as needed to scrape down the sides).
  2. Divide the mousse equally into four bowls/ jars. Chill for at least one hour to set into a mousse consistency.
  3. Serve topped with optional fresh berries. Enjoy!
